With this pandemic causing panic all over the world, it is important to stay calm and protect ourselves and loved ones.
As you may already know, the virus is spread by respiratory droplets that are formed by sneezing or coughing in an infected person.
Wash your hands often, use hand sanitizers, stay at home as much as you can, avoid touching your face, and try to keep a distance of at least 6 meters from strangers in public.
If you know you’ve come in contact with an infected person and or experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, and difficulty breathing) alert medical personnel near you.
Please do not panic. While this might feel like the end of the world (which is not), remember the important things. Call your loved ones and family. Keep them close, and be safe.
With love and prayers,
